• 1 Tbsp salt
  
• ½ Tbsp freshly grated black pepper

• 3-4 Tbsp olive oil
  
• 1 can beer of Urban Alley - Urban Ale
  
• 1 can ginger ale
• 1 bottle red wine
• 4 oz tomato paste
• 4 medium carrots, cut in...

• 1 Pickled Beef Brisket
  
• zest of 1 Orange
• 2 cloves Garlic -squashed
• 10 Black Peppercorns -squashed
• 2 Bay Leaves
• 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
• 1 tbsp Malt Vinegar
• 2 sprigs of Thyme
